Quality Guarantee
Every plate is inspected before dispatch. If it arrives damaged or faulty we replace it free of charge.
30-Day Returns
Show plates and non-road-legal personalised plates can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
Road Legal Plates
Plates manufactured to a specific registration cannot be returned once produced unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Eligible for Return
- •Show plates or display plates not produced to a DVLA registration
- •Items received damaged in transit
- •Plates manufactured with an error on our part (wrong text, wrong style, wrong size)
- •Items not as described on our website
Not Eligible for Return
- •Road legal number plates produced to a specific registration — these are bespoke items
- •Plates that have been fitted to a vehicle
- •Items returned after 30 days
- •Items damaged by the customer after receipt
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at our contact page or email with your order number and reason for return.
- We will email you a returns authorisation within 1 working day.
- Pack the item securely and post to the returns address provided.
- We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the return.
Your Statutory RightsNothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel any order for non-bespoke goods within 14 days of receipt.
